Sedex验厂对企业薪水工时的要求
Ｓedex验厂对企业薪水工时的要求：
1.无论什么企业在工作日超出8小时外的时间算作加班，加班费为正常薪资的150%。
2.企业用人单位依法安排劳动者在休息日工作，优先考虑补休；不能安排补休的，按照不低于劳动合同规定的劳动者本人日或小时薪水标准的200%支付劳动者薪水。
3.补休必须在1个支付周期内提供。
综合计时
年总天数-全年休息天数-法定假日天数=全年正常工作天数

全年正常工作时间＝250（天）X8（小时/天）＝2,000（小时）
全年法律规定的总工作时间＝2,440（小时）
综合计时的特点：实行综合计时的工厂，有以下豁免：
(1）七天有一天休息；
(2）每天加班不能超过3小时（在工人体力能承受的条件下）
对于超出正常上班时间的每周40小时的加班，晚上加班需支付平时薪资的150％，周六或周日需支付平时薪资的200％；对于法定假日的加班，工厂必须按平时薪资的300％支付工人。
