2015年农历年后,DISNEY验厂的咨询电话一下子就多起来了。各式各样的问题一涌而入,整理了一下,大多数都是老生常谈,例如:

1)、工厂对于DISNEY验厂是一张白纸,必须咱们从零开始;

经过一番了解事情的始末,终于查明真相。

事缘这次已是该外贸工厂的第3次DISNEY验厂了, 前2次的DISNEY验厂,工厂是自己一手操办,眼看都没通过,经同行盆有指点,便在当地找了一家咨询机构进行辅导,咨询机构建议工厂更换第三方审核机构申请全新审核。在工厂的多种努力下,好不容易拿到了这份仅有“月加班和几个现场的健康安全的小问题”的结果。工厂自认为只要把这份漂亮的报告交给DISNEY,订单就是铁板丁丁的事实了。可惜事与愿违,剧情突然来个急转直下,让人丈二和尚摸不着头脑。

我们把该工厂前2次的DISNEY验厂审核报告与这次所谓“完美逆袭”的报告进行研究,结果发现:

1)、前2次的DISNEY验厂均以失败告终,问题点非常多,并牵涉薪水工时这个举足轻重

的敏感问题。

2)、前2次DISNEY验厂报告明显显示在此期间每周加班超60小时以及有连续加班的情况,第3次审核报告,基本同样覆盖了上次审核期间的薪水考勤资料,却根本没有显示周上班超60小时和7休1以前已经暴露出来的问题。
