商标局决定

2016年4月，商标局以广州爱贝芙化妆品有限公司提供的商标使用证据有效为由，决定维持商标注册复审。

TRAB裁定

2017年5月17日，商标评审委员会认为，商标注册人提供的使用证据只能证明被复审商标曾用于“面膜”类产品，而不能证明本案中被复审商标批准使用的“化妆品”等产品。。因此，复审商标应当注销。
