1.商标评审委员会在审理商标驳回复审案件时，一般不等待被引用商标被撤销的结果，申请人需要积极运用诉讼等商标法救济程序和专业手段争取注册成功。

2.直接放弃权利斗争是不合适的。申请商标与被引用商标相似的，申请人可以采取复审，撤回被引用商标，积极争取。
