初审(Initial)

.和工厂的第一次接触

.必须在首次会议上更详尽的解释

.全面的审核

.超过100名工人的工厂必须两个审核员

第一次跟进审核(FirstFollow-up)

.和工厂第二次接触

.仅审核上次主要的违规

.是否必须和工人面谈视乎上次的违规情况

.只需一名审核员,但必须是上次参与审核的人员之一

第二次跟进审核(SecondFollow-up)

.和工厂的第三次接触

.仅审核上次主要的违规

.是否必须和工人面谈视乎上次的违规情况

.只需一名审核员,该名审核员是参与初审的人员之一,但他/她必须联络进行首次跟进的审核员了解具体情况

跟进审核要求

跟进审核要求:跟进审核的文件存档在审核后必须完成,文件报告至少如下:

.先前的审核报告

.支持先前违规的文件

.CAPAR(改善报告)

.工人面谈记录(如必须):核查参与上次面谈的工人是否仍在工厂

支持性文件包含:

.违规证据

.明确上次违规是否改善的程序

.改善或没有改善的结论

.新的违规发现--解释在先前的审核中为何没有发现

.任何生产迪士尼或其附属机构产品的工厂必须接受审核

时间管理

排期时间

.在审核以前必须有充足的时间作安排

.在审核申请完成后必须进行审核

做报告时间

.审核完成的5天内必须将结果输入ILS系统

跟进的时间安排

.严重违规――30天安排跟进

.中度违规――60天安排跟进

.确保工厂有充足的时间完成改善计划
