除了有争议的商标外，被申请人还申请注册了许多与其他知名商标相同或相似的其他商标，包括“功夫”和资生堂。可以认定，被申请人申请注册有争议的商标，其目的是通过不当使用他人商标牟利。这种恶意注册行为扰乱了商标注册管理的正常秩序，损害了公平竞争的市场秩序。

综上，争议商标应依法宣告无效。
